How did this little girl go from this:

Time is going by way too fast!! In the top photo, Elizabeth is about 8. The bottom photo is 8 years later. 

A little background to these photos. Mindy sent me the top one along with this one:

They popped up on her Facebook feed. The first picture is from our family vacation in 2013. We all drew a cooking partner and had to prepare a meal on vacation. We had a craft project of apron making prior to the trip. Mindy said that everyone was making fun of Elizabeth's apron, so in solidarity with her cooking partner, Mindy did hers exactly like Elizabeth's. So cute and such a fun trip full of good food! Then, there's this:

When Victoria was home for the weekend recently, they had Sandy do a photo shoot of them with their cars. I had no idea that they are nearly identical--although different years. The girls have dubbed themselves the "Ssat Sisters!" Get it? Their cars are Volkswagen Passats!!

Anyway, it's a mystery to me how quickly Elizabeth has grow from our baby to a young lady. It happened in a flash!
