Me On Monday

Printer woes! Always! One thing I've learned after all of these years--printers are a learning process.

During the holidays, Stephanie brought this hostess gift for me at the Dicken's Party...
...a set of post-it notes with this sentiment. OMGosh! So well said! This is the first time that I felt vindicated! Apparently, printer problems are really a "thing." And here, I thought I was the only one with all the problems. Constantly!

So, I might as well add to my very long list of printer problems. My new printer has one idiosyncracy that I've finally learned to deal with. When I want to print a picture, I cannot put in just one piece of photo paper. If I do, the printer somehow bypasses the photo paper and prints the picture on blank regular paper. It's taken me a few times to learn that I always need to put in more than a single sheet of photo paper. Okay, I'm on it. But then, I often forget to take the extra photo paper out of the printer and wind up wasting it by printing some other nonsense on it. Just so frustrating! Seems like it's always something.

I know that I've blogged about my printer problems before, but I had no idea how many times! So, I did a search on my blog and was surprised to see that I've written 7 posts about them dating back to 2015. There was even a brief mention in a post in 2009, but the post wasn't really about the printer problem.

So, for your entertainment, I've compiled those posts here--in case you'd like to remember what I've been dealing with!!

I'm wondering if posting about my printer problems is the most recurring theme of my blog. 7 times sure is a lot! I'm hoping that this will be the end of it--at least for a very long time!

PS In case you didn't know, if you ever want to revisit anything on my blog--a specific post or find a recipe, show, book, movie--just anything--all you have to do is open my blog. Put what it is you are searching for in the upper left search box. Then ALL of the posts that mention the words you use will show up. So, for example, if you are looking for a recipe, then type in what the recipe contains. If you type in recipe, you'll probably have quite a few to wade through before you find what you are looking for. The more you narrow it down, the easier it will be to find it.
