In this picture you can see how thick the album is. This size is 6"x8".
This is the first time I've worked with a 3-ring binder type album. I don't like it, so won't be going with that style again. Still, I do like the end results. I took the picture from this angle to show all of the "stuff" inside.
When you open the album, you see a layered title page. That's one of the things I did like about this project--all the different layers.
I cut the December on my Cricut and added a couple of chipboard pieces on top. The whole thing is mounted on shiny translucent paper. When you pull that back, there's a printed transparency layer.Next is the 2025 that I stamped and embossed for added shine and texture.
The next page was a multi-level pocket page full of tags.
The quote was the perfect start to the album since holiday fun began before December 1st.

Pulling out the tags--each represents a different event.
The backside of the tags.
Of course, I've included all of the stories.

If you go back to the first Christmas tree above, you can see that I made a little accordion fold-out in order to get all of the pictures in.
The next page is my "reason why" I'm did this album.
On the facing page, I included a mini calendar. It was tricky filling in those tiny blocks.

On the next page, I did a woven paper technique with a quote on a transparency on top.
I was really excited to be able to include this vintage Christmas card from the 1940's. It came from a box of "old" stuff we got when Butch's Uncle Pat passed away.
I used the back-side of the card for my table of contents. Just something to fill the space. The facing page starts "Day 1" and that story.

Okay, that's enough for today. Stay tuned as there are 24 more days to come!!
