🎶They Say it's My Birthday!!!🎶

Yes it is! I've had birthday wishes and "deals" rolling in all week!

The Fresh Market--a piece of birthday cake

I stopped to get my birthday cake. I had to buy the cranberry bread--I love ancient grains--don't really know what that means, but I do love seedy, grainy bread. I also liked that I could just buy a half loaf. Butch doesn't eat the grainy breads. Usually I put it in the freezer. Since this was my first time with this one, I decided to go for the half loaf. It's delicious, so I'll be getting the full loaf the next time. Oh and then they gave me this free magazine. I love that too. Actually, The Fresh Market has these all the time. Still, who doesn't love free stuff?

Email birthday cake from "America's family doctors and walk-in clinic." I've never heard of these people and don't know if they are even in Nashville. But, the cake is cute:

Tupelo Honey sent me a coupon for $20 off of a dinner with the purchase of $40. Not bad, half price.

Last night, we went over the Steph and Nicky's along with Mindy and Justin for happy hour. I didn't want to do anything "big" or go out. I just wanted to spend a couple hours hanging out. We always have a lot to talk about.

They are taking me to see Kevin James at the Ryman. I just love him! Oh, and did you notice that Taylor Swift guitar pick? Justin gave that to me. He met TS's father awhile back, so he save this for me! It's from her "Reputation" tour. That's what I call a bonus gift!

One more thing is coming in. My mother's RMD will be here this week. Upon her death in 2010, we all inherited an IRA. This one has paid off big time. Even with the checks that arrive around my birthday (my brother's idea--a reminder birthday gift from mom), the total has doubled since we got it. I'm going to use part of it to get myself a new MacBook Air. Yippee! Love my computer!

It's been a perfect birthday for me. I'll be spending the rest of the day just doing nothing--or whatever I want. I'll be in my scrapbook room for awhile. I'll start a new series on Netflix. (BTW just finished a new one by Harlan Coban on Netflix--Run Away---super good!) And, I'll read. Butch is on dinner!
