Okay, so this isn't exactly travel related--bur sort of. When the weather is nice, I walk around my neighborhood. I've seen this sign many times. But this time, it got me to thinking.
Why in the world did the city put this sign here? This is the drive leaving the neighborhood. There are 40 homes in here. I just don't understand the purpose of it. Does it really matter if we're leaving the city limits? By the time I get to the top of the hill, I'm in Nashville. The only thing I can think of is if I get run over by a car, depending on which side of the sign it happens, determines who responds--either Nashville or Brentwood. I'd hate for it to be something serious and the wrong city shows up and decides they can't treat me!!
