Monday Mystery

I have a mystery today that was a mystery to me. When I showed Butch the picture, he knew what it was right away. Thus, the mystery for me is solved. But what about you?
While on one of my recent walks, I came across this. I had no idea what it was. When I asked Butch, he knew right away. It's for frisbee golf. I didn't even know that was a "thing." 

 One mystery remains. 
Who was the jerk who left their can in the top of the number? Some people!

    Well, I was halfway deductive. I immediately thought golf course - didn't know frisbee golf was a thing. That might be worth a try.
