The mystery is: can you even take it upon yourself to make a "round-about" on public roads? Did one person do this on his own? Or did all the neighbors agree? Plus, a "round-about" is meant to keep traffic moving. You don't stop, but just keep moving. There are still stop signs on every corner!

Well! I have never seen anything like that before! Surely you can't do that on a public road? It's not your property so you can't dictate what happens there, I wonder if the local authorities even know they've done it?!
